Use a pea-sized amount on a soft-bristled brush. Brush for two minutes, twice a day, covering all surfaces of every tooth. Spit out the excess. You don't need to rinse right away, and letting the paste sit on your teeth for a moment before rinsing is a habit worth keeping.

🦷 With crowns or bridges

Brush gently around the margins where the restoration meets your natural tooth. These areas collect buildup that leads to problems underneath. A soft brush and light pressure protect both the restoration and the tooth supporting it.

🦷 With sensitive teeth

If hot, cold, or pressure causes discomfort, use a gentle circular motion rather than scrubbing side to side. Let the paste sit on your teeth for a minute before rinsing to give the hydroxyapatite more contact time.

🦷 With receding gums

Exposed root surfaces aren't covered by enamel and need extra care. Brush lightly along the gumline at a 45-degree angle. Aggressive brushing makes recession worse, not better.

📝 A few notes

Don't brush too hard, more pressure doesn't mean more clean. If your bristles are splaying out within a few weeks, you're pressing too hard, and that accelerates gum recession and enamel wear. Replace your toothbrush every three months, sooner if the bristles start to fray.
